Tras el inusitado éxito alcanzado con la línea de Achtung! Cthulhu, que sigue creciendo a buen ritmo, Modiphius revela que se atreve ahora con una nueva ambientación histórica lovecraftiana: Mon dieu! Cthulhu.
Esta nueva línea se sitúa en la época de las guerras napoleónicas, y la novela de John Houlihan The Crystal Void es su anticipo. Se desarrolla en 1810 en Portugal, dentro de los combates entre tropas francesas e inglesas en la Península Ibérica.
Se espera que el juego de rol busque financiación a través de KickStarter en las próximas semanas, momento en el que esperamos disponer de más información.

No se da abasto con los KS, yo los he tenido que abandonar de momento. Ya me los compraré luego cuando salgan, poco a poco.
Mmmmmm... Necesito más información concreta. De momento no me llama especialmente, y no sé si realmente "hace falta" otros manuales para esta ambientación concreta, más me parece que da para un "setting" en plan Gaslight que plantearlo como un juego independiente.
Si nos lo venden a lo bestia con campañas, etc. Como A!Cthulhu veremos si despierta el interés, pero así de entrada no sé no sé...

Hombre, curioso está, lo que no creo que después vayamos a tener decenas de aventuras ambientadas en esa época, y para eso tampoco sé si merece la pena un libro específicamente sobre momento histórico en concreto.
La formula será la de Achtung! casi seguro, les ha funcionado muy bien.

Me quiere sonar un relato de los Mitos ambientado en la era napoleónica, en un pueblo español ocupado, pero ahora no caigo

Meh antes me gustaría más que salga ese famoso setting que tenía que ser durante la guerra de independencia, creo que había noticias hace unos años...lo que lo recuerdo quien lo editaba.
