So, here's a thing I want to do. I'm looking for a company to partner with.

CTHULHU DARK: MAIN RULEBOOK

I'd like to publish a main rulebook for Cthulhu Dark, in collaboration with a publishing company.

Here's the deal: over the next year, I'll be busy, and won't be able to do this project on my own. So I'd like to partner with someone with a record of commissioning writers and pulling together projects like this. That could be an established, mainstream publishing company or an independent publisher. (If you like, I'm happy to negotiate things like Cthulhu Dark becoming a product line, with supplements).

The rulebook will probably have three sections. First: the rules themselves, which will remain short. Second: some explanation around the rules. Third: some specific settings for Cthulhu Dark. And that's where it gets interesting.

I'd like settings that don't feature upper-to-middle-class American and English men as protagonists. Here are some examples of settings that might be good: Brazil, with Brazilian people as the Investigators; 1850s England, with thieves and criminals as the Investigators; the homefront of the Second World War. But those are just examples. I'm interested to see what writers would propose.

Furthermore, I'd like some diversity in the writers: they shouldn't all be men, they shouldn't all be based in a single country and I'd like to see a range of backgrounds, which they bring to the writing.
